Communication through the car window was ongoing during the 10-15 minute operation, and I always had the impression that my comments were being actively listened to, understood & respected. Additional services (no extra charge) included topping fluids, checking the air filter & properly inflating all tires. The Forest City, NC location also provided me with a much-appreciate veteran's discount for my Vietnam wartime USN service. Highly recommend!

It’s a brand I’ll look for when oil changes are needed while traveling after these two very satisfactory experiences. Not to mention the complementary waters we received! I immediately notice the excellent communication between the team. Everything that was done, was explained to me. I also received a visual of everything they were doing such as, the filter they showed me, they also showed me my oil dipstick, etc.. all of the men were extremely educational. I appreciated that as a female not quite knowing much about vehicles. As I am finishing up to pay they also hand me a complementary air freshener that smells amazing. Also had their logo on it, very professional! I highly recommend Strickland brothers! & I will be back! Thanks so much guys! You are all amazing, hardworking men, alert & exceptional mannerism! They have created a wonderful atmosphere! Also one thing that stood out to me the most (kinda funny) was that my driver window doesn’t roll down so I have to open my door to talk & the guy taking information from me mentions that, which made me feel a lot better & that he understood what was going on!
