I came in with a screw stuck in the side of my tire, and from the start the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They told me it was something they’d honestly never seen before and that it was kind of crazy but also that I got extremely lucky. The screw didn’t actually puncture the tire at all, so they were able to safely remove it and make sure everything was completely fine. What really stood out was that they didn’t charge me anything since it was such a super quick fix and they were about to close. We had good conversation. Huge shoutout to Nicole, Joey, and Dustin all three were incredibly kind, professional, and easy to talk to. They had me in and out within 10 minutes. Great service, great people, and a really positive experience overall. I’ll definitely be coming back to Mavis in the future if something ever happens like that again!
