  Went in for an oil change about a month ago they overfilled my oil causing a leak for a week. They overlooked two of the filters didn’t even bother to show me. went in for an inspection and wouldn’t pass me until i bought new wipers. the wipers i had were purchased three months ago and in good condition. but my tires were bald on the inside and also overlooked that i think safe tires should be #1 over wipers. they passed my car anyways. They told one guy he barely passed because of his tires. so obviously they didn’t fully look at my tires or didn’t look at all.

  Great service. I’ve been coming here for the last year and a half. I recommend anyone to come here who has a strict schedule and needs a quick efficient service. The manager Josh always has great energy and ensures I know what I can do to keep my car at top performance.

  I only use there guys and refer people to them all time. I took my daughter's vehicle in for yearly emissions / safety inspection. For the first time ever, I was approached with the air filter and cabin filter. Both of which needed replacing, however this is not under of North Carolina State inspection guidelines, and should be omitted. I believe a normal prudent person would think it would be required to be replaced to pass inspection given the purpose of the visit. I understand this is a business and you're trying to make money, However, ASK the customer if they want it checked. That's 10 minutes. I could've been out of there sooner and I had a very important call to be on. I understand how some people could see this of value, but I find it much more genuine and courteous if you ask the customer if they would like these things checked. Yes, do it doing an oil change, but do not do it during an inspection, unless you ask the patron. in 30 years of having cars inspected and owning several cars, I've never had this happen.

  It is sad to see a good business have irresponsible management. The so called manager (Q) i talked to not only was rude but smelled like alcohol yesterday morning. If your hungover don't come to work and potentially crash someone's vehicle. I won't return and I hope corporate looks into this matter for the sake of everyone else that brings them business.

  They went out of their way to check on my battery issue even though it isn’t a service they offer. The team took time to look things over, explain what they could, and offered a jump start without hesitation. Everyone I spoke with at Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change was professional, respectful, and genuinely kind—true southern gentlemen. I’m grateful for the help and appreciate knowing there are still good people out there! Thank you!
