  Thank goodness for great customer experience, Shana, at the National Car Rental desk at Asheville airport was/is EXCEPTIONAL! Shana made the bad travel experience from American Airlines easy and dare I say, joyful? Shana was so accommodating and effortless, so kind and compassionate. That (Shana) is my reason to write this review.

  AVL airport: New RAV4 with 2 miles. 2026 model is a huge improvement over an already great SUV. All National staff I came into contact with were personable and competent.

  Upon pickup I had to go find my car in the parking garage with a walker and two pieces of luggage. Luckily another customer helped me. Upon return check in, in the garage was quick and easy and then they drove me to the front gate to check in for my flight! I would never have been able to do that with a walker and two suitcases and a backpack! I would recommend National !

  Ray at the Asheville airport made sure that we had a 4WD SUV to be able to drive through the snowstorm. Thank you Ray! We all made it back home safely!

  Adam was very polite and helpful both during receiving the vehicle and returning the vehicle. When he asked if I was satisfied, I advised I was, but also advised that the windshield fluid would not squirt. I purchased windshield fluid to ensure the tank was full, but the pump would not work, It made driving in the snowy, slushy conditions very difficult with limited visibility while driving. Adam sincerely apologized and offered a $50 refund. This was not accepted, but definitely appreciated. Great customer service and friendly employees. I recently switched to National, I'm I am glad I did.
