  Jordan was so helpful, and professional. I have owned many cars and have met and dealt with many service advisors, but none like Jordan. He is by far the best! He listened, he was confident and very reassuring that he and his team would take great care of me. I feel very lucky that it was Jordan that answered my call today.

  Caleb was amazing. We were stuck at rest stop for 4 hours due to a tire issue. Mercedes roadside assistance got me in touch the closest dealership and Caleb really went above and beyond to take care of us. Rough start to Our vacation but bc of Caleb we were actually able to make it to our destination. Thank you so much!

  Had to have my Mercedes Sprinter serviced at Asheville Mercedes yesterday. I was so happy with the people and the service. My sister and I was treated with friendly, respect. Russell took time to explain every detail of the problems we were having and what would be done to fix each issue. He gave me choices about what needed to be fixed for safety and what could wait. He explained each cost. He never talked down to me. While waiting for the repairs we had complimentary breakfast and lunch. Snacks were provided throughout the day and drinks. I also asked about another vehicle while I was there. Brandon was so helpful and so nice. I highly recommend Asheville Mercedes for all of your Merecedes wants and needs.

  Russell at MB of Asheville is the best. This was my first service call for my MB Sprinter van and the service department is a well oiled machine. When you first walk in the door they focus on you and your service issue. I always look at the shop area to see how clean and organized it is because this is the first indication of the pride they take in their work that is not public facing. Anyone can have a nice showroom, but the working space was as clean and organized as the show area and it is obvious that the technicians take pride in their craft. Overall the best experience I have had with a MB dealer ever.

  Jordan, the service advisor who managed my experience at Mercedes-Benz, was polite, informative, and resourceful throughout the entire process. He helped me navigate everything clearly and made sure I understood my vehicle’s service needs. He also connected me with helpful resources, including a courtesy vehicle while my car was being serviced, which made the experience much easier. He provided detailed explanations of the recommended services, clearly went over pricing, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated his professionalism, communication, and customer care.
