  Total experience was exceptional. Convertible top on 1994 325i was not working and they quickly diagnosed the problem, developed a plan to fix it, then executed plan to perfection. I also had them replace valve cover gasket and failing battery. They kept me informed on the status of repair. Service advisors are efficient and a pleasure to work with. I will return for future services as needed.

  Although the repairs to my car were expensive, I know they were needed, and I feel that I was given honest and fair information. The best part was picking up my car and having it be completely clean inside and out, which is very rare for a service company to do. It was a special treat, and I really appreciated it.
