    I had a reservation for a seven seater when I got there they didn’t have any. They had a five row didn’t even try to compensate us. They were not very helpful.

    The location I rented from did not have the type of vehicle I requested so I got a free upgrade to something nicer and bigger. I had some equipment with me so going to get the vehicle was going to be a problem. The Enterprise associate went and got the vehicle for me and pulled it up. That is service above and beyond. Great customer experience.

    I rented a vehicle with Enterprise over the weekend when I went to Asheville. The rep at the counter stated I had a full tank of gas in the rental. Well, that was incorrect because when I went to Asheville about 17 miles down to my families home and then went to the store we ran out of gas. Had to call roadside assistance and sat for an hour to get towed to gas station. But at the end and when I took the rental back on Sunday I spoke with Jessica the manager and she took great care of me. She apologize and stated she will be bringing it up the the reps. at the counter. I was refunded for me fueling up the car and took care of the some of the rental for the inconvenience. For a first timer renting a vehicle, it didn't turn out so bad. Had a great time in Asheville Thank you again Jessica.
