  We were traveling from Michigan to Savannah and had an issue with a tire. Brought it into Mercedes in Asheville and everyone was very kind and professional. This location even has a chef! I had a delicious breakfast sandwich. Thank you for everything. Our Mercedes is running great.

  I had a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Asheville working on my 2008 S550. The team was professional, honest, and incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Caleb Rice, my service advisor, who went above and beyond with clear communication and attention to detail. He took the time to explain what was needed, kept me informed every step of the way, and never made me feel pressured. It’s refreshing to work with a service department that truly values customer trust—especially with an older vehicle. I really appreciate the care they gave my car and highly recommend Mercedes of Asheville.

  The Merceds Benz in Asheville was the best automobile service I have ever experienced. Russel was extremely profession and very easy to work with. He adjusted my change in appointments due to weather and we now have The Asheville location has our home for all service for our 2024 AWD 170WB Sprinter. The dealership was amazing with complimentary lunch and very comfortable waiting area. I would recommend this dealership to anyone with a Mercedes. Jose conducted all services on our van and was very knowledgeable and very honest. I thought I needed an alignment and Jose tested van and came and told me my van was good. Any other dealership would have done an alignment just to take my money . Jose sat down with me and gave me essential advice that I should do on my van. Advice the dealership in Knoxville, where I bought it at, didn’t tell me anything. He took a lot of his own time to answer questions and suggest product I would need to keep van running for all my future adventures. If more mechanics were like Jose the van business would be off the charts. I am so greatful I chose to try the Asheville location. Thank you so much for the 5 Star treatment.

  Outstanding Experience at Asheville Mercedes-Benz Buying my car from Asheville Mercedes-Benz was hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Greg and Raphiel went above and beyond in every possible way. They were knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. They took the time to really listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with every decision. What truly stood out was the extra effort they put in, details most dealerships would never bother with, but that made a huge difference to me as a customer. The level of customer service was exceptional. They handled everything efficiently, kept their promises, and made sure the car was absolutely perfect before delivery. It honestly felt like they treated me more like family than just another sale.
