  Mercedes Of Asheville honored me with the best service I think I have ever experienced. Darrell was Superb and very professional. He definitely knows his craft. The amenities were great including a complementary lunch. I never knew service like that existed. I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Asheville to everyone.

  I phoned Nate at Mercedes-Benz of Asheville very late in the afternoon to report a faulty signal. I pulled in from the highway and he got me booked right away the next morning with help from Caleb. AMAZING service! He set me up on a working station after arriving while they ran diagnostics. I enjoyed breakfast from Chef Maddie (ROCK STAR!) and great coffee from their kitchen. Nate checked with me regularly during the work and kept me abreast of the issues. He had a part ready with overnight delivery and offered a loaner. Jordan followed up with the paperwork, returning to LMK he was going to wash and prep the loaner. I felt like I had bought my car from them a week ago! They went above and beyond. It was an outstanding luxury service experience and totally on brand! The knowledgeable team worked very well together and the vibe was welcoming and relaxed. Thank you, Nate. You and your team were exceptional!

  What a special dealership with the most incredible perks and service! I bought a pre-owned car that was one of the least expensive on the lot, but was treated with respect and kindness. Josh was very gracious and helped me achieve my goals for my car purchase even though the sale was small. Thank you to Fields auto group and Mercedes-Benz for providing the best used car shopping experience I have ever had and for the complimentary breakfast, coffee, and Italian ice!

  Went in to look at their used hybrid options and walked out that day with a deposit down on a new Mercedes :) Very comfortable process from the moment I stepped onto the lot (and even before that when I sent an online inquiry) - every single employee was/is so friendly and welcoming. From Roman bearing with me while I hop in one test drive to the next (his suggestion lead me to my new car so I am beyond thankful for his help) to Mark going through the financials with me step by step (having ourselves a laugh over some custom plate ideas in the interim). Could not recommend MB of Asheville enough!

  It takes a lot to upset me when it comes to buying a vehicle but what happened yesterday was at best unethical. My wife was actively negotiating with the salesman “Victor Barros” and had been presented with a counteroffer. My wife had called me and ask my opinion on the offer and before she could call the salesman back she received a text saying sorry but the car sold. This was in a 30 minute timeframe. This isn’t my first time dealing with a dealership. Anytime there are negotiations ongoing the sales manager has to approve the counteroffer. So there is no way that no one knew there was a current offer on the car even if there was another customer interested in the car. The ethical thing to have done would have been to call my wife and say another customer has offered full price for the vehicle or whatever that price may have been. That would have give my wife the opportunity to accept the offer if she chose too. Beware if you deal with this dealership because they obviously don’t run an ethical business.
