    All I can say is that was the most authentic and gratifying experience I have ever had purchasing a new automobile. Both Raphiel in Sales, and Greg, the Sales Manager should be teaching a MasterClass in customer service. I drove 3.5 hours to pick it up, smooth delivery, but when I got back home, I noticed a few things that were concerning. After discussing this with Greg, the sale manager, rather than just sending me the the local dealer to address, Greg sent a driver with a loaner to pick up my car, (yes 3+ hours away) dropped off a loaner and vice versa when competed. Greg simply said, sir, it's the right thing to do, your car needed to be right before leaving here. Who does that? Well, it appears Field Auto Group does, and now that I've met them, believe in them, and trust them, based on their portfolio of all my favorate brands, I can't ever see myself purchasing a vehicle from anyone but them, ever again. Cheers to securing a new loyal lifetime customer, well done, and bravo!

    Such a great experience start to finish. It took me a while to find the right car on and off for almost a year but when the right one hit I bought it that day!! Song was an amazing sales person who helped me thru the whole experience showing me all the intricate details of the car. Tons more to learn but very helpful. Secondly Mark Kelley the finance guy was patient in his explaining of all the ins and outs of my loan. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Thanks Mercedes of Asheville, friend for life!!

    Timely completion of scheduled maintenance on our car. Full disclosure of work to be done, time required, and cost. Attentive and friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area. Wonderful beverages and snacks in waiting area. Interesting and friendly people to visit with while waiting for the work to be completed.

    Manager agreed with service advisor Very rude first time I’ve been there very controlling. My opinion did not matter. My time did not matter. I gave him an option. I could stay for an hour or come back. He kept saying he doesn’t know how long it’ll take. All they had to do is hook it up and make sure my battery is OK. I’m sure he could’ve snuck me in for one hour before one hour to hook my battery up and tell me if it was good or not. If it was gonna take two hours I told him I’d come back and he just kept saying I don’t know how long you’re gonna be with this really rude attitude. Service manager just stuck up for him. I guess they have a hard time finding employees so it is what it is.

    I brought my new to me sprinter in explaining how i am a FT caregiver and we had just acquired the van and it needed to be really checked over. When i gave the vin i was told it was over due for reg service. Being on a limited bugdet caring for my sci husbamd and 5 boys at home i had to put out about a month to get funds around to pay the yr $1600 service fee they said they charged. I told them at the time of the call i really needed the owner manuel to which i was told i could get it at time of service it was a download not a hardcopy item. Then when i dropped the vehicle i told them i had to be to work at 5p and to make sure I was contacted bc arrangements need to get a return ride the next day and then proceed to get to my job at 5p. The service dealer wasnt available so people tracked him down to hand me a paper and leave me with the biller who could not help me. None of the issues i voiced at drop off were looked at and i am afraid i may have electrical issues long term on a used vehicle i just got to transport my husband and kids in. Apparently the character traits i instill in my boys like listen and follow through on what is asked of you is not part of a Mercedes employees job! Nor was a call made to let me k ow i was going to be able to pickup but instead 4 calls made to find indeed i was going to be able to pick up the vehicle. They didnt do the oil change as i requested it not to be done as we had it immediately changed on buying it So kindly gave me a reductiin on the bill of $50. It was still $1550. Thanks, but Ill stick to my Bakers Automotive in Marion NC here out since I got absolutely nothing I wanted and only the minimal service they could provide!
