  Both times I’ve went I got a screw or nail in my tire. Alsooo they try to upsell parts literally everything every time.

  My wife and I purchased a 2026 Volvo XC60 yesterday. This is our second XC60; we are still driving our first 2024 Volvo XC60 which is 2 years old. We were very happy with Hunter Volvo, their staff and facility. The sales rep, Alex Black, and the Manager, Shawn Parsley, were very competent, knowledgeable and courteous. They were very willing to work with us, and they did. We very highly recommend them without any hesitation.

  I came home today with my second brand new XC60 Volvo. Hunter Volvo in Asheville is a wonderful dealership. From the Sales People, Management and Finance, it was a great experience. They really work with you and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and you are getting what you want. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with all of the folks that I worked with at Volvo. I will continue to be a Volvo customer and always purchase my cars from Hunter Volvo.

  If I could leave a 0/5 stars i would. I will never step foot in a Hunter auto group ever again. I went to look at trading my car this morning at the dealership. I talked with a very nice salesman who was able to accommodate me. I was offered well below (over 6k) low end market value for my car on trade in which is fine. I told the salesman I appreciated his time and started to walk out. Then came the sales manager. He was the most rude, arrogant and egotistical person ive ever talked to. I did hours of research before hand and have worked in the car industry for over 8 years so I knew ever inch of the car I was looking at and exactly what both cars are selling at on the market with examples. I proceeded to tell him that Carvana offered me over 4k more than what they were offering me and that I appreciated his time but wasnt interested in his prices. He then proceeded to tell me that he has "people like me" come in all the time thinking they know what they are talking about and they dont. He then told me all my prices were the "consumer price" not the market price even after I showed him examples of multiple dealerships listing my car for sale for nearly 10k more than what he offered. He then told me that I was "arrogant, ignorant, and I didnt know what i was talking about". He said he'd been doing this for 15 years and knows what things are worth and I was wrong. He then went on to tell me he would not sell me the car even if I came back with cash. I being a car guy know dealerships are scammers and hated going in the first place but I wanted this car (which is listed over market value btw). I have never felt more disrespected in my life and will never step foot on property again.

  I have asked repeatedly to be taken off your mailing list. I do not appreciate receiving coupons for a car that your company is responsible for the destruction of. To add insult to injury this company also charged me for parts I had invested in this vehicle after being destroyed in the Hurricane. Take me off your mailing list, please and thank you.
