  I'm giving 5 stars off first impressions . I have not yet received any work done by this company yet but the dealings I have had over the phone and in person for assessments have really impressed me . I had a previous car and called with questions . They couldn't fix that issue but took the time to truly care and go over options and point me in the right direction. Chelsea and Tai were very personable and patient to explain everything . Definitely going back when I get paid!

  Great experience. Knowledgeable staff, upfront pricing, nice waiting area with snacks. I’ve been here numerous times and I have always been very pleased.

  Everyone at this place was wonderful! I needed an oil change on my ML 350 and they got me in very quickly and the service was also done quick! They are reasonable with their pricing and they also replaced a brake light that was out for free. Very friendly and exceptional customer service! Would def recommend!

  This was my first experience and it was so great, I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else. Chelsea was so easy to work with, kind and knowledgeable. They had my vehicle back to me in 24 hours, and fixed a problem we couldn’t find anyone to fix. Really great place, don’t even hesitate to take your vehicle to these folks!

  I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for the exceptional service and repair work Eurotechnik of Fletcher performed on my Mercedes Benz. After becoming discouraged and disgusted with another auto repair shop and dealership I had been dealing with for years, I contacted Eurotecknik of Fletcher and immediately I was impressed by the honesty and the integrity of my interaction with Ty, one of your service advisors. Ty absolutely restored my faith in humanity. He did not look down on me because I am a female trying to navigate my way through the process of auto repair. Ty displayed some of the best customer service skills I have ever seen from a service advisor in an auto repair shop, or anywhere else for that matter. Ty guided me through every obstacle we faced to get my car repaired and back on the road. He made phone call after phone call explaining perfectly every nuance of how my car would be repaired and the costs associated with the repair. I can't thank Ty enough for his excellent communication skills and the hard work he put into helping me get my car repaired. And, the excellent customer service skills didn't just stop with Ty. When Ty wasn't available, Chelsea, would come shining through. Her professionalism and beautiful attitude is a rare find these days. When I picked up my car the mechanic who worked on my car walked into the office and shook my hand and made it clear if I need anything else he is there to assist me. The quality of the repair work has been outstanding. My car is running better than ever and I am so happy with the results. It is very unusual to find a shop that has such high level technical skills and genuine care and concern for the customer and the work they have done on your automobile. Thank you Eurotechnik of Fletcher for going above and beyond all expectations. Your team's dedication made a very stressful situation nearly painless. You have earned a loyal customer in me and I will give you the highest recommendation to all who will listen. You have been a pleasure to work with and please know your hard work and effort did not go unnoticed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
