I was advised to contact Tesla for further evaluation of problem they could address but because of warranty iwhich may cover the repair would save me some money. I was reassured it was safe to drive car. the facility was clean and offered snacks and coffee while I waited.

Last week, we had an issue with a recently-replaced part, but the Eurotechnik team made it right immediately at no extra cost on my end— choosing to take care of me as a client over their income as a business, and therefore reinforcing the trust that I’ve already had in them for a long time. Chelsea and Ty are both so kind and approach everything with such deep professionalism. As a woman who is still learning everything car-related, it is also very comforting to have Chelsea there to talk things over with me. This is the first auto shop I’ve gone to that has a woman on staff, and it is such a refreshing experience. Eurotechnik of Fletcher prioritizes their local community and their customers, and I will recommend them to European car owners EVERY TIME!!! Thank you, Chelsea, and the entire team at Eurotechnik.
