- WWW4 days ago1.0I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this was unacceptable. Despite having a garage full of vehicles they were unable to provide a vehicle for a confirmed reservation. The individual I spoke to did not even attempt to help remedy the situation. I have had nothing but great experiences with Enterprise before this but this was terrible.

No warning. No call. Nothing. I’m stranded at the airport in the middle of the night while my mother-in-law is in the hospital dying. I was trying to get to her and my husband one last time, and because of Enterprise’s complete failure to honor a confirmed, prepaid reservation, I can’t. This isn’t just an inconvenience — it’s inhumane. When people trust your company and make confirmed, paid reservations, the least you can do is honor them or provide real assistance when you can’t. A “sorry, we’re out of cars” is not acceptable. Do better, Enterprise. No one should be treated this way, especially in a moment like this.

The car was just as I had reserved (Nissan Altima). Next time I will make sure to include GPS capabilities as I was in unfamiliar, mountainous, sometimes high-traffic areas and internet connectivity was too spotty to rely on my phone - my mistake!

Even though I completed online check-in and payment, they still made me wait at the counter — no option to pick up the car directly from the garage like at other airports. Poor staffing, no people in the garage. I was waiting for “someone bring a keys”. Very disappointing experience.
