  Returned car here. They were super nice and gave a small refund on the spot because of some issues with the vehicle.

  My experience with Enterprise has always been top notch. This time around was no exception. The lady who helped me when I rented the vehicle was personable, helpful, and was so kind. Tonight, i returned my vehicle and accidentally left behind a personal belonging. The gentlemen (Wade and Bruce) who helped me recover my things were absolutely AMAZING! So kind and helpful! Took time out of their very busy night to help me. I very much appreciate you guys! Merry Christmas! Thank you so much!!!

  Had great experiences at other enterprise locations but this one could have cared less. I had called before about switching out a vehicle due to an accident. I was told there was availability at the Asheville airport location. Drove over an hour to get to this location. They informed me that there was no other trucks (which is what we had) but they had a minivan instead. I agreed to the minivan as long as the insurance would cover it. 2 days later I get a phone call from my insurance stating that I used all my funds because I was given a vehicle that cost more than what my daily allowance was. This should have been something that was told to me when I asked. Now we have a personal truck that’s in the shop and no rental. I do not recommend dealing with this location.

  I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this was unacceptable. Despite having a garage full of vehicles they were unable to provide a vehicle for a confirmed reservation. The individual I spoke to did not even attempt to help remedy the situation. I have had nothing but great experiences with Enterprise before this but this was terrible.

  Update: As of 12/1, there has still been no contact from Enterprise, despite what they claimed in their response to the original review. Thankfully, my credit card company is now helping me pursue the refund since Enterprise clearly does not care about resolving this or providing any real customer service. I booked a car through Enterprise’s website, received a confirmation email, and paid upfront — only to arrive at Asheville Airport at 10pm and be told they were sold out. No warning. No call. Nothing. I’m stranded at the airport in the middle of the night while my mother-in-law is in the hospital dying. I was trying to get to her and my husband one last time, and because of Enterprise’s complete failure to honor a confirmed, prepaid reservation, I can’t. This isn’t just an inconvenience — it’s inhumane. When people trust your company and make confirmed, paid reservations, the least you can do is honor them or provide real assistance when you can’t. A “sorry, we’re out of cars” is not acceptable. Do better, Enterprise. No one should be treated this way, especially in a moment like this.
