    We had a great experience with the truck we rented, and the team was incredibly understanding after the winter storm delayed our flight and we ended up having to change our original plans. We will definitely use this enterprise in the future!

    Worst service I have ever seen. I reserved a AWD SUV to travel for a funeral in snowy Buffalo. I asked if it was an awd when I picked it up and was told it was. After research I found out it actually wasn’t and when I called back I got attitude and was told even though I paid for a awd suv more than a standard I was not guaranteed a awd and that they were going home and I was just stuck until the next day. I have rented for work hundreds of times from this company but this was just disrespectful and did not want to help me at all. If your not gonna guarantee a awd suv don’t specifically give a catagory for one and charge extra for a standard suv.. this is just unbelievable the complete disrespect from this place

    Fantastic experience again with Enterprise! They are the only rental company we utilize during travel that require a vehicle rental. All their staff are happy, polite and very easy to work with. If I could I would leave a 10 star rating!
