  Lies, Lies, Lies. I can no longer trust this company. Had me worried I would break down in the next few weeks. Even suggested I “trade it in because of all the issues” They took advantage of me being alone with my children thinking I would believe anything they dished out. Surprise surprise, I didn’t have 4k$ to drop on my vehicle on the spot when I went in for an oil leak. Went and got 2 seperate opinions and handed both mechanics my “diagnostic” paperwork from apple tree and the long list of issues on my vehicle were NONEXISTENT. Please don’t let this company scare you into over paying for things on your vehicle/trading it in and go get a second opinion! I saved so much money that I don’t have to spare as a working mother that just wants a safe vehicle to transport my children. Hope this helps someone not get scammed.

  When shopping for a new car we knew the size, bells and whistles we wanted but not a specific make or model. After shopping at several dealerships and driving other cars, we refturned to Appletree to purchase our car. Alana was one of the biggest reasons. She was absolutely the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. She answered all questions, text messages, and notified us when the car we wasted came in. The day we purchased, the entire staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend Appletree Honda. We love our car!

  First off let me say that Aden was great. That young man knows how to treat people. Alana, Joey, and whoever that other guy was that told me it was illegal for my bank to send them a commitment letter and get a new car, you all need educated a little bit. It is not illegal. That was just a trick to use your financing. They then proceeded to tell me that they have only had someone finance through a bank 3 times. Not once, but four times after me telling them no, they kept asking if I would finance through them. They wanted their kick back. They didn’t even want to start the process of the paperwork. Then they said we could take the car but they would keep my tag. My husband said how does that work with insurance? The one guy replied well I didn’t think about that. I said this is a sign to just step away we are getting nowhere. I said let me think on this and I will be in touch Monday. Monday came. I called and left a message. I texted as well. I got a text from Joey later that morning and it said they are running behind. Never got a call back. Tuesday Aden called me an apologized. Alana called and apologized. I called Aden back since he was the first one to call. I said I have found the same car in SC for $5000 less. He asked me to send him the quote to see if they could beat it. Alana took over and called me back. Now all of a sudden they can beat that $5000 off and even go $500 lower for the same car I tried to buy Saturday. I said do you have one, no but we will in March. I said I can get one today in SC. I asked how the service dept was. She said it is great, but everyone else tells me to run far away. I end up purchasing my new car in SC. Apple Tree can sure learn lessons from them. I have never been disrespected like I was Saturday. When I wouldn’t finance through them, they just up and stopped trying to work with me. It was even mentioned that they don’t know if the car would be stollen and they would never see it again. So glad we walked. Thank you Aden. You will be a great honest car salesman one day. Keep up the good work.

  I wouldn’t even give this place a one star but had to… The child that did work on my car to replace a heat shield on my back driver’s side tire charged me $2000 for the work. Usually Honda is awesome lately not so much. I got my car back and every single light on my dashboard lit up! No apparently I don’t have antilock brakes anymore? Which is strange because I never had any issues with my brakes prior to bringing it in ,my engine light is on and I was told my catalytic converter will never work again… I was told because my car is a 2007 not to even “bother” getting it inspected because in a year it won’t have to pass inspection. I was also told by this technician who was younger than my son meaning under 23 that him and his friend had a bet to see how long they could go without getting their cars inspected because it’s not even worth it…. That was the most ridiculous and outrageous thing ever! Why on earth would you say something like that to a customer so now my car is totally messed up and they’re telling me that they don’t have any way to fix it. How is that possible? You are the Honda dealership I have a Honda??? I advise if you have a Honda go anywhere other than the Honda dealership. They will destroy your car charge you a fortune then treat you like you’re an idiot. Thank you so much Honda-

  We had such a wonderful experience at Apple Tree Honda in Arden, NC! From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond for us. We actually got there at 8:00 AM, earlier than the sales staff typically start. Even though they had a meeting that morning, they kindly grabbed a salesman who had come in early, Jeremie, and he took great care of us. Jeremy was incredibly patient, thorough, and never rushed us. We originally came in interested in the Honda Pilot, but it was freezing cold and even started snowing that day. The sales manager thoughtfully brought the Pilot inside so we could look at it comfortably. After comparing it with the Honda Passport, we realized we didn’t need the extra seating and completely fell in love with the Passport instead. The entire team worked with us on pricing and made sure everything aligned with what we needed and wanted. I truly couldn’t be happier with our purchase or the level of service we received. Highly recommend Apple Tree Honda and definitely ask for Jeremie!
