Purchased a car from them in 2025 and needed a document for my taxes. I tried to call them at least 5-6 times over 2 weeks and just got passed to different voicemails. Never got a call back from anyone. Finally got ahold of someone at the Honda portion of the store and he was able to get my what I needed. Worst customer service ever from the Acura team. Would never shop there again.

Today was a great day! After doing a ton of research into my next car, Acura rose to the top of the list for the second time in my life. I owned a 2006 TL for 10 years that I absolutely loved. It was the best car I’ve ever owned. Fast forward to today. We found an MDX on the Apple Tree Acura website that looked great. We were greeted by Jocelyn Kelly within a few minutes of arriving. She was friendly, professional, approachable and knowledgeable…not at all the stereotypical car salesperson. She listened to what we were looking for and helped us narrow down our choices. But when she really shined was when it came time to work through the numbers. She had paid close attention to what I was saying from the start, so when the negotiations were underway and there was a glitch in communications, she picked up on it and salvaged the deal. Make sure to ask for Jocelyn…she’s a pro and fantastic to work with. I also can’t say enough about the finance director, Tiffany, who was incredibly professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thanks for an all around great experience!

We brought our Acura in for a routine oil change, and during the inspection the technician found a cut tire. Thankfully that was caught, and our service advisor JP brought it to our attention so we could have the tire replaced. Unfortunately, that’s where the experience went downhill. What should have been a 60–90 minute service turned into over three and a half hours at the dealership. When we inquired about the delay, we were told the wrong size tire had initially been pulled and that it was being corrected. Later, JP informed us that the technician had actually replaced the wrong tire. He assured us that everything was corrected, the proper tire was installed, and all tires were balanced. We drove home to Spartanburg and immediately knew something wasn’t right. We took the vehicle to a local shop where we were told all four tires were out of balance — and one tire had not been balanced at all. We had a wonderful experience purchasing the vehicle from Blake and genuinely wanted to continue the relationship by servicing our vehicle here. That makes this situation even more disappointing. I will say that Cristie at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. She was truly the bright spot of the visit. JP was professional, but there did not seem to be any sense of urgency given the multiple errors and extended delay. We have since spoken with Richard, the Service Director, who has agreed to reimburse us for the cost of having the tires properly rebalanced. We appreciate that effort to make things right. However, due to this experience, we will not be returning to this Acura dealership for service — and unfortunately, that decision extends to future sales as well.

If you value your money and vehicle.. take heed. I rarely give a 1 star but I had a very disappointing experience with this crew.. I had a vehicle experiencing intermittently (once a day at least.) all symptoms of a failing PCM, and another shop had pulled the 606 code directly relating to PCM failure. This model also happened to have an open recall for corroded PCMs that experienced failure. In order to have PCM recalled, Acura had to verify the findings at a dealer. Apple tree scanned codes, cranked a couple times, and refused to continue diagnostic unless I paid them more money. I refused, as I knew how often the car experienced failure and that they were not doing their due diligence. I came to pickup the car and discovered they installed a “protective cover”, effectively closing my recall and preventing me from getting any future help, even though -The printed diagnostic sheet claimed they found corrosion -The car experienced all symptoms related to failing PCM daily. - Had another shop already find the PCM to be faulty, I only needed official verification. I took my car to Fred Anderson Acura and they fought for me and called me back within a few hours claiming the PCM was “covered” with corrosion. They replaced my PCM and my car has experienced 0 warning lights, check engine lights, or failures since If you want quality go to Fred Anderson. If you want an oil change, these guys might be able to do it.
