  We wanted to take a moment and thank our rental agent, Eva in Asheville. Twice we needed her help with a problem. We got to Asheville the day before we were suppose to get our rental and were told there were no cars available, but Eva went to work and found one for us. Second, our flight was cancelled several days later, and we had to turn our car in. We wound up requesting authority to drive our car back to our home in Florida. Again, Eva to the rescue! She secured the car for us and we got on our way home. Eva went the extra mile for us twice and was a huge help and did so with a smile. Alamo should be very grateful to have Eva as their employee. Thank you Eva!

  I had an excellent experience with Alamo in Ashville North Carolina! From start to finish, everything was smooth and hassle free. A special shoutout to Eva, her customer service was outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Eva definitely made a difference. Highly recommend Alamo, and if you get the chance, ask for Eva!

  Seamless transaction from the beginning staff was very helpful courteous knowledgeable friendly. No AI scanners where I rented and will continue to rent from Alamo in the future

  We had a few issues with the terms of the rental agreement and the car itself. Alamo agents were very courteous and responsive in making sure these matters were addressed and that we were satisfied. It was so nice dealing with a company that still recognizes the importance of customer service. We will continue using them for our car rental needs.
