  Everything they did on the job for replacing my windshield was done with efficiency, and the technician was very friendly. I am very pleased with all the work that was done through Safelite and my insurance State Farm.

  Office staff very polite. Technicians very professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. Recalibration was done perfectly and everything was spotless when we got the car back. Would recommend this Safelite location.

  Herschel and his team do an excellent job. They were personable, polite, and professional from start to finish. I trust that they gave me a reasonable price for the work, and I trust that they did a good job doing the work. They finished the job sooner than expected and were very clear about what to do and what not to do afterwards. I would gladly return if the need arises!

  The online appointment process was very simple and easy to use, which made scheduling quick and convenient. The technician who came out was extremely polite, professional, and showed up right on time—no complaints at all on the customer service side. However, the experience was impacted by equipment issues. Due to what appeared to be faulty equipment, I had to drive to a physical shop to complete the repair. That part was frustrating, especially after already setting aside time for the original appointment. Additionally, I think it’s important that when a customer is actively using your mobile service but has to come into the shop due to technical or equipment problems, they should be prioritized. Customers in that situation shouldn’t be bypassed in favor of others who arrive later, especially after already waiting a considerable amount of time. Overall, good people and a smooth booking process, but reliability of equipment and customer prioritization need improvement.

  Great professionals that take their job seriously! I needed a rock ding taken care of and my insurance takes care of this free of charge. I scheduled an appointment and Safellite sent reminders and Doug, the Safelite rep, called as he was coming to my house to take care of the damage. He arrived as stated on the phone and he took care of it quick!! Great professional! Would definitely recommend Safelite to everyone.
