Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted and assisted by Dee at the front desk. She was not only friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but her customer service was above reproach! She personally came out to look at my tire to ensure my safety as the tire I wanted needed to be ordered. To further ensure my safety, she recommended I have the spare put on. I was speechless when she said there was no charge for this service as they wanted to make certain I was safe to drive while awaiting my new tire, which was due to arrive the following day. Dee, thank you sincerely for making this problem painless and worry-free and the absolute best experience possible! You are truly a gem! I highly recommend Mr. Tire to everyone if you are looking for immediate assistance and customer service that can’t be topped!!! Forever Grateful, Angela

She got the manager on the phone to help with the tire warranty paperwork, then proceeded to put the new tire on. I had to go back the next day to get my TPMS light off. Dee and another employee worked tirelessly to figure out why the light kept coming back on. Couldn’t ask for better customer service!
