- MLMark Lincoln6 days ago1.0Better quality of work. Bottom line is when I go get my tires changed. I shouldn't have to worry about them not putting enough air in them. Also I should not have to worry about the technicians putting the wrong type of weights in my tires and they are still not correctly balanced. You're considered a technician for a reason. Also extremely unaffordable and nonsense fees and charges. Will not recommend this place to anybody. Feedback would be getting more knowledgeable mechanics. And better customer service when you schedule appointment. I waited 2.5 hours before my vehicle got inside the service shop. Also they left my rims and tires full of grease after they got done. The only positive I have is the staff was friendly but that is all.

Call the store talked to assistant manager and they refused any adjustment. Now I have two choices. Just allow myself to be wronged or pursue legal remedies.
