- MLMuhammad LodhiMar 21, 20262.0Very bad experience. This was the first time I asked them to do anything other than oil change but it probably will be the last time. I asked them to rotate tires. They decided to add three stud nuts. It took them 4 hours. When I went home, found out that there was some noise coming from the left front tire, oil was leaking and they installed only two studnuts. Had to take care of back a week after, they had me waiting for more than three hours. Fixed the noise, fixed the oil leak but did not replace the stud nut on rear left wheel.

The two African American guys working werent that friendly but seemed friendly with the guys who came. They claim oil changes take 15 20 mins. It is 844am and im still here waiting l. I will not return. I will continue going to Toyota or Eds Tire for better customer service and quality professional care. Stop telling ppl its only 15 to 20 mins for an oil change when I been here almost a freaking hour. And they indicated on the print out receipt that they filled windshield wiper fluid so as im driving dwn the rode i spray it and they did NOT fill it at all. I want the owner or manager to reach out to me ASAP. Also they charged me an extra *9.00 at the end without telling me upfront of some supply charge. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

I'd checked their competitor (no names mentioned, but you can figure that out) where they talked down to me and tried to inflate that price way over what it should be. But Jiffy Lube isn't like that. I got a good price, exactly what my truck needed, done fast and professional.
