  I appreciate 🙏 this particular location (Raeford Rd Fayetteville NC) they treated me like fam. They made sure I was taken care of. I will always choose this location over any Enterprise in Fayetteville!

  Had Reservations to pickup at 12:00PM. Note the reservation was scheduled 3 weeks ago. Got there. Guy said there were closed. Then took my info and said I have no SUVs available. Then sent me to Fayetteville airport where they had nothing available. So Reservations ain’t shit with this company. If I could leave a “No Star” i definitely would. They will not get my business at either of these locations again

  I recently rented a 2024 Toyota 4Runner from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and drove incredibly smooth. The 4Runner had plenty of space, making it perfect for both comfort and practicality, whether for daily driving or longer trips. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff at Enterprise were professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They made the pickup and return process quick and stress-free, and took the time to make sure I was fully satisfied with the vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend Enterprise if you’re looking for a reliable rental and top-tier customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

  Don't bother to rent from here. Reserved small compact car for one day (price indicated $68 per day). They wanted to charge us over $200. According to Enterprise, we were 40 minutes late to pick up the car and they said "we could deny you the car" for that reason. We checked in online the day before; what's the point of reserving a car if they can deny you one?? We had to wait 45 minutes because ALL their compact cars were getting an oil change and tire rotation. Then we were told they didn't have a compact car and upgraded us, so now we are paying over $200 plus tax. We waked away...no car. Never ever using Enterprise Rental car again. So many options out their, use a rental car company that honors their rental reservations and treats you with respect!
