  I have used Enterprise for many times, for years, in the past for a multitude of vehicles I have insured through USAA and I never was told that I had to pay extra for a car rental until it came to this location. I called my adjuster and told her the experience this location was giving me and she said that this was a first for her. I had her switch locations for me because this location is shady. Do not do business with this location. There are other locations that won't do this kind of shady business to us veterans.

  Chris, John and all the staff made picking up a vehicle and returning it very easy. They are very friendly and helpful. I rented several times there and upon returning the vehicle, I needed a ride home. They made sure I got one as well as letting me turn one of the rentals at a different location for my convenience.

  The registration system is a joke make no since to to even make a reservation when you get there they don't have what they agreed to online. The staff is very condescending and nasty they expect you to do their jobs. They acted like it was my fault they didn't have the car I needed that I reserved weeks ago I think this my last go around with enterprise Camden rd location I hope they close it down..

  This is the only car rental agency I use!! I rent cars multiple times a year for different occasions and not once have I ever had a bad experience. This morning while returning my vehicle I witnessed a customer just being rude for no reason and the man helping them was still so polite and tried his best to help them even though absolutely none of it was his fault, and he was literally dealing with someone who woke up miserable and decided to make everyone else’s day that way. Koodo’s to that employee!!! And all of them for that matter!! Every single employee has always greeted me with a smile and such top tier customer service. They have always went above and beyond to meet my request to the best of their ability! They all deserve a raise or at least some lunch. 😊. Keep up the good work Hope Mills Enterprise… there are customers who appreciate the awesomeness that you are!
