Unfortunately, when we arrived on the day of my trip, we were told very casually that his reserved vehicle was unavailable. The only option offered was a much smaller Toyota RAV4, which did not meet the needs of my trip at all. There was no real effort to provide a comparable replacement or meaningful solution. This lack of preparation and customer care is extremely disappointing, especially after planning ahead. What should have been a well organized trip was completely disrupted. I expected much better service and accountability.

He was patient. Knowledgeable, and kind which can sometimes be a rarity for Fayetteville. It was very refreshing to come across someone who seemed to actually take pride in his work and his interaction with customers. Because of this great experience I am confident that my family and friends will definitely rent from Enterprise in the future. And knowing that there is someone like Rodney at the Ramsey Street location makes it an easier decision to rent from this location instead of traveling all the way to the Fort Bragg location. Again, thank you for the positive experience.

I wish they would have explained the very weird quirks that particular rental had. They were kind enough to give me a ride to the shop where my vehicle was. I will probably rent from Enterprise in the future as they seem to be conveniently located everywhere.
