  My experience with Enterprise car sales was magnificent. I had been going to many different dealerships and even tried drivetime. I wasn't hassled or flooded with emails or text messages or even phone calls. I went in and they had what I was looking for right on the spot. I was in and out within 3 hours. Enterprise car sales even took my trade-in. They said that your trade doesn't even have to start and that they will still give you something for it. SOLD and Say Less....

  Absolute worst place in America to get a car from! I got a vehicle here in December 2025 and I’ve been back and forth from shop to shop NON STOP for issues that the initial inspection done, said PASSED. Whenever you call Enterprise… NOBODY seems to be available. They seem to screen calls as if you’re a bother. However, when they were trying to sell the car, of course the energy was the opposite! I purchased a vehicle there in 2021 and the salesman that was there during that time, was AWESOME… he has since left and the whole enterprise car sales on Raeford rd… has gone to 💩. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  I bought a car from this dealership on 2/14/26 and was offered GAP insurance. 10 days later I received a phone call telling me that the bank didn’t approve the GAP and I needed to sign new loan documents. I drove 4 hours round-trip to do this and the wrong loan was still submitted…resulting in a loan 1000 dollars higher than it should be. It’s now 3/30/2026 and NOTHING has been done to fix this situation. Let’s not forget to mention that I also paid to have my plates transferred and that was also not completed so I drove around in an illegal vehicle for over a month!!! I ended up having to pay for NEW plates and this company has done nothing to take accountability for their mistakes!!!!! 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

  Mrs. Angela asked what I wanted and what I could afford. Her and her team went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely choose Enterprise Car Sales for my next purchase. Specifically I will ask for Mrs. Angela, she doesn't pressure you, she doesn't rush you, she doesn't insist on putting you in transportation that she wants you to have, she insists on getting you into transportation you are looking for. Her entire team went above and beyond for me and my family.
