  I had my windshield replaced twice in two months due to rocks in the road. Both times a tech came to my house to replace them. Both times the techs were polite. However, after the first replacement the fluid hose wasn’t reconnected. I had to figure out how to access the hose and reassemble it. The second time, the windshield wipers weren’t reset and would go down instead of up. This time I took it back to the shop and they reset the wipers.

  The office staff were very professional and the services completed to my windshield were done well. They processed my billing through the insurance too! In addition to fixing the rock chip on my windshield, they did a treatment to repel the rain which I paid out-of-pocket. It was nice to have somebody else applying the product in a clean dry area as opposed to me on the driveway, trying to apply it before it rains again.

  The workers here are so professional and quick. I dropped my car off on a Friday afternoon it was done Saturday morning and my price was awesome because I got it in before the end of the year. Herschel is a blessing from above he contacted me, got my price down, and saved me money!! Thank you so much and I will definitely come back to you all, 100%!

  Service ain’t what it used to be had my rear window replaced on my 2014 ram 3500 cause it was leaking so they replaced the window, the rear window isn’t seated flush on the upper passenger side corner. Took it back they claim it is sealed properly. They also left glass shards everywhere inside my truck cab and all seats unbolted down properly. Went in to speak to manager to show him they claim window doesn’t leak. And said if I wanted my truck detailed they don’t do that there I said I had no glass inside my cab before I brought it to you not much to ask for it to be cleaned out when I pick it up if yall break the old window to get it out.. I have since put new cab vents in my truck and resealed my 3rd brake like twice since it came to them my back window is leaking badly still and it is on the upper driver side as my headliner is soaked. Would be fantastic if the regional manager would reach out to get this rectified. I had to take time off work both times to drop off my truck this time for them to fix it someone should come to me to fix it. Or something for $850 I should have absolutely no leaks at all. And now my carpet is still wet inside my truck under my rear seats. That should also have to be cleaned too.
