  Fayetteville location has great communication and follow-up consultation was quick and effective so that I could book my next appointment for windshield replacement. Cameron was my technician. He was prompt and efficient with his work and communicated with me perfectly what he needed from me to complete his work. Would highly recommend!

  After a rock kicked up on I40, it put a 1.5” crack in my windshield. I went on Safelite’s website to schedule a repair. Availability was in @ 4 days. They provided a 4-hour service window and both called and texted with updates on arrival time. The technician (Douglas) was very professional. He explained the process, which took about 10 minutes. They charged my insurance company directly, so no out-of-pocket costs. Will not hesitate to use them again, if needed.

  They came to my home on 1/28 to replace the back windshield on my vehicle. I purchased the package that included replacing my windshield wipers. After the technician left I noticed that my front windshield wipers had not been replaced. I called the office and the technician came back later that evening and replaced them. The technician left hundreds if not thousands of pieces of tiny shard of glass in my yard where my children play and I had to clean up. What if I missed a piece and one get cut? Glass also fell down below the windshield in the hatch, so every time I open and close my hatch I hear glass falling. Lastly, the technician broke the top exterior trim around the windshield and tried to fix it with glue. I have reached out to the customer service office and I have an appointment on 3/14, hopefully they can rectify the situation. If I could leave a zero or negative star review I would. I will not be using Safelite again in the future.
