  Not only did I get seen right away when I called for an alignment but they were the best priced and most inclusive. They’re very nice here too and most auto shops will disregard me and try to speak with my man, but I AM the mechanic here and the service manager spoke directly with me and treated me with such respect. That’s hard to come by in any auto shop as a woman. And I checked their before and after, and they did everything right and mentioned the one fault I had that I already knew about but didn’t tell them. Very honest people. Thank you so much. I will continue using this shop for any and all tire work from now on. Tire work is the only thing I don’t do so far and I’m more than happy to pay this shop. Thanks again!

  Tire price was definitely up there, I found the same tire at a bunch of different places for half the price but I needed an emergency tire same day and I paid for it. Customer service though was top notch and not the first time we have been there. Tire was there the same day and ready to go when my wife arrived to pick it up. The man that helped us from start to finish never seemed annoyed or bothered and made the experience smooth. They offered military discount which helped the price out. Customer service is just spot on here, Ethan is a great man to have working there and helping customers

  Best customer service in a long time! Down to earth, promptly greets, communication is A1, prices economical, they offer military discount, and the work was done correctly! My husband sent me and I felt safe and secure without him so ladies You'll be in great and capable hands!

  The staff/technicians were very courteous and professional. The service writer, Ethan, explained everything in a simple concise manner that was easily understood and informed me ahead of time of what the overall cost would be. I have gone to Mr. Tire in the past and will continue to do so.
