- AAAlvita1 day ago1.0I took my car to be repaired due to hearing a noise while driving the car. I explained to the staff that I heard the noise when going over bumps in the road. I was informed by the staff that the noise was coming from the ball joint and control arm which needed to be replaced to resolve the issue. I drove my car a mile down the road and realized that the noise was louder than when I initially dropped off the car. I returned to the shop 5 minutes later and informed the staff of the issue. The staff did not even request to look at my car again and refused to give me a refund. They also showed a lack of concern.This is the worst experience I have ever had. A complaint has been filed with corporate.

I was impressed when they told me a few things didn’t need to be fixed, resulting in me paying less than the original estimate. Some other mechanics in town seem to always conveniently find ten other things that need to be replaced right then or my truck will fall apart. I respect the honestly I received at Mavis, I’ll definitely be back

Both my front tires needed to be replaced (They where both leaking and could have been resealed, but the tread on both was low so I simply decided to replace) and everything was managed quickly and with minimal effort from my part. Really appreciated it on a morning where everything seemed to be going wrong. Thank you!
