- RGReid GanttDec 1, 20251.0I stopped at McPherson Road Jiffy Lube on 1 December o/a 10:00 to get a state inspection. The service manager said,after talking with the two workers in bay area that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. He said that they were short one worker that day and that they had a brake job underway. My wife and I had time so said we would wait. Several others came in while we were waiting asking for a state inspection and were told 45 min to and hour and then left. As time went on and we were approaching one hour wait time, I noticed that the worker doing oil changes (or state inspection?) began helping the other worker doing the brake job. I asked the manager about when they would get to our job and he replied that he would began when he could get away from that job. We waited a little longer and at 11:10 decided to leave. Understand that with one worker absent things didn't happen as quickly as they might on a normal day, however the manager should had told the worker that had been doing oil changes (or state inspections) to do our state inspection instead of going to help the worker doing the brake job.
