  I went on the website to get the phone number and "make an appointment" came up so I made an appointment. Shortly after, Hannah called me saying she was confused because I made an appointment but I put my insurance in and when make an appointment that means that you're paying yourself and shouldn't put your insurance in. When I told her I would be using my insurance she said I need the estimate in my inbox before I can do anything. 1. She was rude. 2. How am I supposed to know the company's process? If I'm not supposed to make an appointment, why is it an option? 3. I don't have your email to send it to your inbox and I certainly don't know if the insurance company does. 4. "Before you do anything." Are you doing everything there? Is that way you were short and unprofessional on the phone?

  I’m not one to usually complain or post reviews. I’ve used Gerber in the past before with no issue! However, this time was not the case. Aside from issues I already spoke to them about, after I picked up my car I noticed they drove it 400 miles. 400. Not just a few miles to verify repairs. But 400 miles. I know this because they left the paperwork in my car stating the intake mileage. Ontop of that I brought my car in due to a broken headlight assembly with dead light bulbs due to someone hitting me. A “new” bumper was replaced and a new head light assembly put it. But no new light bulbs meaning my car will not pass inspection (a thing I put on the claim and told them about as well). I’ve called customer service, and I’ve called my insurance. This is just kinda sketchy all the way around!
