I am usually in and out within 15 minutes max although on very infrequent occasions there may be a line. The staff I encounter are almost always above and beyond pleasant, personable and professional. I usually avoid the smaller locations because their service and selection do not feel up to the same standards as the airport location. Highly recommend this Enterprise in Fayetteville for their ample selection of vehicles and awesome employees. Quick tips: I've overheard other renters complaining at the counter about debit card restrictions or deposit holds but please be reminded we are all responsible for reading our contracts and knowing the full details before arrival! If you aren’t 100% sure, give them a call and clarify hold fees or ask questions before you book.
