  What kind of communication service these ppl are using? You call as a customer and they connect you to another customer that was calling that’s crazy 😂

  I’m giving it 2 stars because the staff was super nice. I picked up a ‘25 Mazda CX5 at night. I was given the keys and was told where to get it. No issues. A few minutes later, I noticed the oil change due message along with the overdue for service message. The car was filthy, smeared glass, dirt in the buttons, just nasty.

  I got a flat tire with my rental. I was told by roadside assistance that I could take my vehicle to this location on Saturday night and swap it out. I had a prior commitment and couldn't make it Saturday night, so went Sunday morning. Before I went, I tried to call to see if they had a vehicle available for me. I called 16 times. Their voicemail was set up to cut me off after about 10 seconds, so I couldn't leave a message with all of my details. I arrived and the manager informed me that they wouldn't have anything until after 2pm (at 8am). She suggested I could have them patch the tire and I could drive it. Ok, cool. I'll just patch the tire, drive it for today, and swap it out the next day at the original location. An hour and a half later, no update, so I say "hey, if it's not done, can I just get the car back and I'll take it to the other place tomorrow? It's my day off and I'd rather not drive and be at home than stuck here at the airport." Well, they hadn't patched the tire and the mechanic refused to release the vehicle because it was unsafe to drive. So now I have to wait for a car swap. The manager was quite dismissive of me, and my concerns, and could not give me a time frame for when I would be able to get out of there. "I can't just magic a car!" - yet, somehow, they found me one within 30 minutes. Wow! Yeah, no.
