    A lot of hassle trying to exchange of state rental with front in noise. Told me to take it to jiffy lube for free, replaced rotors and brakes. Lost an entire day over the holidays there. Can't take this risk again.

    I still need the car you guys won’t let me add days through the app I work I can’t keep coming up there like I work there I gotta pay for the car I need to add days but the app keep saying to call enterprise but I have Ben up there a few times the communication there is terrible

    Rented a Rav4 that had a divot in the floor board on the driver side and was told it was normal wear and tear. It was awkward to rest the heel of my foot around it while driving. The side mirrors and outside of the windows were not properly cleaned, making it hard to see so I had to re-wash the car before I got on the road. The windshield had so much dirt and filth on it, I'm not for sure they even used soap and water to wash the cars. The windshield wipers needed to be replaced as all they did was smear raindrops across the windshield. That was interesting to find out when it started to rain at night. I just turned them off since it was easier to see with them off. Other than that, the Rav4 was fine.
