    When you reserve early as I do, it is quite painless. The vehicles are chosen when I come into the office to pick up my vehicle, I am greeted nicely and business is taken care of within a few minutes, maybe 15 minutes, I don't count it since the process goes so fast! I love it! The return is even easier dropping off the vehicle with the key drop slot and I am on my way, painless! The finalities of the bill to your bank takes a little time but resolves in a couple of days, if not they work to resolve as soon as possible.

    I needed a rental after being in an accident and I was able to get a good rental from Enterprise and it was very fast service and I didn't have to wait long to get it and the staff was very helpful and friendly and got me riding again with a good clean rental. When I'm in need of another rental I'll be heading to Enterprise for a nice clean rental.

    Well, the 1st car I received was a Toyota Corolla which is wrongly classified by enterprise as a mid-sized vehicle and should be classified as compact, which it is. The cars that the enterprise employee showed me in the compact category are actually sub-compact vehicles. Also, there was a hole in the carpet by the gas pedal, the cruise control did not work and the android auto kept disconnecting. The hole in the carpet could be easily avoided which cheap floor mats you could change out when they get worn out as opposed to allowing a hole to be created in the carpet. The insurance company has I went through was gracious enough to upgrade me and I was given a 2026 Kia K5. That was a MUCH better experience. I don't agree that it is a full size vehicle, but it was very nice and comfortable.
