  Branch manager lied about my reservation. And then cancel my contract with my employer car always to find out. I did not qualify for a rental because I need a major credit card and you're not allowed to tap your credit card. Do not recommend for any businesses as well very unprofessional car smell of marijuana. Their employer Antoine is very rude Makes condescending remarks and lied about not having an available SUV. the manager lied about setting me a reservation. After closing my account with my job as I was in. A contracted car the decide to tell me they do have a explorer I can get which is not 3rd row but denied me bc of a note at another location saying I'm paying with debit card? Now mind you my husband had a 3rd row vehicle for 2-3 months on debit. I then go outside and I see this employee making jokes and laughing. I did go to another location as he stayed the office manager "basically said you not getting that vehicle" that was never true. She also said that this employee has been an ongoing issue from customers yet yal keep this unprofessional rude unclean looking employee. If you are a nurse practitioner physician assistance, doctor or military. I would recommend using Hertz or Avis Will not be using in the future plan on seeking further action as I did speak to there regional manager who basically ok this treatment

  was clean and in great condition, and I never had a single issue with it. The process was super easy, and everyone was friendly and helpful. It does get a bit pricey, but you do get part of your money back as long as you return the vehicle the same way you received it. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience—I would rent from them again.

  I had to use California plates versus North Carolina but the other motorists didn't treat me too shabby. A few motorists would pass me aggressively if I acted like a tourist. The car didn't smell like cigarette smoke which I appreciated. The staff were plentiful and helpful when I rented and returned the vehicle. My conference was only 1.5 hours away. Good trip.

  Thank you CAL!!! we needed a city on automobile after my son was in an accident and drove to the enterprise on Skybo and Cliffdale and ended up at the one on Raeford Road and we’re having a heck of a time trying to get a rental vehicle and Cal saw our struggle we were hung up on from the insurance company USAA a couple of times because they were extremely busyand this man stepped in and helped us and got us fixed up and out of enterprise in 20 minutes and I cannot think him enough someone gives this guy a bonus a big bonus he deserves. He was working so hard.

  The experience was everything after I got the vehicle cleaned and gased up…. I was disappointed at first because I asked for a white SUV and they told me it would be available at 3 but when I got there at 5 they gave me a navy blue SUV…. Overall the people was pleased and the Gala was remarkable.
