This location appears professional. However, I've witness bias customer service when it relates to women of color. The office manager turned a black female down after paying her bill months away. I don't know why she had her drive in to the office to look her in her face and " professionally" tell her no. Ma am why didn't you call her like you called my spouse. Now, mind you this lady calls my husband after I left the location to confirm if I'm his wife?! After giving him a 3rd row suv 3 months on a debit card. Then tells me to go to another location to close my account from my business account when she could have helped. Then tells me I can't get a third row on a debit card after giving my spouse one all summer. She kindly and subtly is bias to women of color. And her staff sits back smiling as she acts kindly but bias. I'm not sure why she called my spouse instead of me to discuss my issue. What if I was a battered woman fleeing and she's calling trying to see if I'm his spouse? After turning me away? So I called her back and she said to me she wanted to make sure she could accomandate us? Make sure we don't use the same debit cards and to help to make sure we could meet his needs as he's a loyal member " after I left saying what your offering me is not enough room for all my kids. yet you couldn't have call the black woman to let her know she wouldn't be getting her car over an old paid bill?! Sounds like she's holding enterprise cars as her own and deciding who get selected in a very bias but kind manner. In the end I was unable to obtain the vehicle needed to get my kids. I had my husband go to another company as he was traveling a different direction to get his kids. She also wrote some note in my file I could not even get the ford explorer and it's not 3rd row. So I had a lot of issues at another location. She prided her self in professionalism but talked down on the location who I've been going to for over a year getting business rental. Saying they are know to be that way. But you could have closed my account and helped me to begin with. I think she liked my husband as he appears a different race. She's a nasty probing snake. Still unprofessional talkin down on your fellow site? I'm glad she was recorded. both locations raeford and Camden are terrible. I will not be using them for business and If you're military as we are and also a NP, PA,MD do not support such behavior and I will be contacting legal regarding such behaviors

I am so glad I have purchased my own vehicle now and don’t have to depend on enterprise any more, these people are horrible they are very rude and they never have the vehicle you book available it’s always something that has just been return and not cleaned out properly that they wanna give you, I can’t begin to tell you how many times I was issued a vehicle that smelt like smoke or a dog, and I also feel like they are overcharging customers and pocketing the rest!

Amazing service!
My SUV was in an accident, and the insurance company provided a rental while it was being repaired. To my disappointment, the insurance company only approved a small car. One of the employees at this location went above and beyond and contacted the insurance company on my behalf. They were able to get my rental changed to a full-size SUV (even after I was told “no” when I called myself).
The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient, especially when it came to working with the insurance company and arranging transportation to the repair shop.
It’s rare to find customer service this good these days, but every employee at this location was so great.

Riyam ,Ryan and the other employees have been the best employees I have dealt with at enterprise since I have been renting vehicles I'm extremely pleased with their service they deserve a raise and an amazing promotion !!!
