Don’t waste your time with this location. I’ve rented from them twice and it’s a huge hassle. They didn’t have the vehicle I requested in advance either time and made me pay the difference for a larger vehicle. The manager told me she would reach out to make it right and of course never did. Both times the vehicles were not ready and weren’t clean. I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at the Enterprise in Hope Mills was absolutely ridiculous, thanks to a front-desk employee named Jamie. I scheduled my appointment the day before over the phone with a representative, yet when I arrived, Jamie acted like I had made the whole thing up. Instead of helping, he raised his voice at me and was as rude and dismissive as possible.
There’s no excuse for that kind of unprofessional behavior, especially from someone working at the front desk. I came in prepared and on time, and instead of being assisted, I was talked down to and treated like an inconvenience. If this is the level of customer service they think is acceptable, they seriously need to retrain their staff—starting with Jamie. For the cherry on top the “on-shift manager” sat quietly in the corner and did nothing to assist.
I will NOT be returning to this location.
