    Reserved a truck online a week ago. Check in 24hr early and everything. I showed up at 3:45 do find the doors locked despite posted sign saying 430 close time. Not that they would be even to rent my my reserved vehicle since there was only a single SUV in the lot

    Booked a reservation for when they opened at 8:30 am. When we arrived there was no rental cars in the Parking lot and some people detailing cars next door told us they don't actually use this location. Sign on the door said that no one would even be in the office till ten. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!

    avoid this location if you can. If you call this location and they are busy, the automated system will transfer your call to the location on base. This happened to me and the lady told me to meet her her at this location at 2:30 on the dot. I got there and he was not expecting me. My interaction with this location was very unprofessional. He called the original lady and I heard him lowering his voice and telling her its suppose to be an insurance use car. He offered for me to wait and hangout and see if they could find something. However, when chatting with him he wanted to nickel and dime me for things that were not needed to be charged. For example, he would not transfer my reservation to his location and told me that because my reservation is not with him, he'd have to charge me. Then, I asked about drop off because I don't live close by and he told me I was not allowed to drop it off anywhere else and it had to be this specific location. However, I ended up calling around and speaking with other enterprise and they told me that he should have transferred the location and there shouldn't be a charge for that. I was also told that enterprise you are allowed to drop off any location. As other reviews suggest, there is some sketchy financial things going on and they will try to nickel and dime you.
