  KJ was awesome in getting me what I needed for a rental. He was patient (even though I was mildly aggressive due to the fact I needed to take my team for a very important meeting out of state). He is an asset to the company!

  Once again excellent customer to the Enterprise staff on Ramsey Street. Thank you as always to KJ and Rodney. Today I am adding Ty Vasquez. On November 10, 2025, Ty was providing me with a shuttle ride home as Enterprise provides for their customers. Within seconds we witnessed a SUV hit and run over a male pedestrian on a bicycle. We were less than 10 feet from the collision. I was amazed how Ty secured the Enterprise vehicle, pulled in the middle median lane, turned on his flashers, instructed me not to exit the vehicle, and informed me to dial 911. Ty approached the scene with another gentleman. At his point, the pedestrian was not moving. Suddenly he was attempting to get up. Ty and the other gentleman were instructing him not to move and that help was on the way. Ty Vasquez displayed heroism and humanitarianism on another level. Thank you again Enterprise for your OUTSTANDING staff. Thank you Ty for your courageous efforts and reminding me an old veteran that good people do still exist and will assist strangers at any given moment. Enterprise my phone number is on file. I have used Enterprise for over thirty years and has never experience an issue with staff or serious vehicle maintenance. Recently I rented a vehicle, my customer service representative was KJ McEachin. KJ has assisted perhaps three times in the past. KJ always provide me with OUTSTANDING customer service.   My experience at this Enterprise location was very good overall. Nehemiah provided exceptional service. He was attentive, kind, polite, and full of positive energy. He made the rental process smooth and welcoming, which I greatly appreciated. The car was awesome. Super clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Nehemiah’s professionalism and the quality of the vehicle made this a great rental experience. I would recommend this location and will likely return.
