    They rent dirty cars. The inside and outside of the vehicle was dirty and when I asked to speak with the manager ADAM said they don’t clean cars, they hand wipe cars and if I have an issue I should go somewhere else. I would not rent a car here and I’m also be reaching out to enterprise corporate to report his hostile behavior.

    I stay a block away from this location and have been a enterprise customer for the past 15 years , it’s typically an okay atmosphere but not for the last 6 months , they always seems to mess up my reservation by NEVER having the car I requested even though they call to confirm and I ultimately have to pay the differences ,e.g I was charged $600 for a week rental in a compact car that cost $332 even though I reserved a full size for $456 including their insurance , but they didn’t have it , I obviously had a problem with the over charge and they did what they could to fix the charge and gave me a 15% off next rental ( which I later found out by KJ they was doing me a favor) , now the problem with that I can only use the discount at there location only ,but I never get good customer service there and if I can I avoid using this location ,just to use the discount I made a reservation there , but as usual I made a back up at another location that’s ALWAYS a pleasure , and guess what they didn’t have my rental ,when I ask why is it so hard to honor an agreement I was told by the assistant manager KJ that if he was getting bad service he wouldn’t go back to the place but I keep coming back , so I concluded this whole time I was getting bad service in hopes I wouldn’t come back , I asked him would he prefer I continue to pay $30 on a Lyft to go another location , he smiled and walk off .I have never had a problem at this location until this crew came, within the last 2 years , it’s disgusting behavior
