  I had an excellent experience working with Christopher Lawrence at Enterprise Car Sales. I was looking for a larger SUV, and he recommended a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder that met every one of my needs. Christopher was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of my options, made sure my financing worked for my situation, and provided thoughtful recommendations for add-ons without any pressure. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I highly recommend Christopher if you’re looking for excellent customer service and a salesperson who truly listens and delivers.

  This location is extremely poorly managed, and the issue here is clearly management, not the staff. I arrived two minutes before closing on Saturday. I had called ahead to let them know I might be late, yet I still arrived before their posted closing time. Despite this, the manager (a woman — I did not get her name) refused to proceed, with no explanation, no flexibility, and no attempt to resolve the situation. Because this location is closed on Sundays, her decision caused a two-day delay, which seriously disrupted my schedule and may even cause me to miss important personal plans, including Christmas with my family. That level of rigidity and poor judgment is unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I returned on Monday, the process was completed in under two minutes, including their inspection. That clearly shows the delay was completely unnecessary. To be very clear: this review applies only to the manager. The rest of the staff was polite and professional. Special respect to the Black gentleman who handed me the keys on Monday — he was efficient, respectful, and pleasant to deal with. This location has good employees, but the management creates problems instead of solving them. If you deal with this place, be prepared for unnecessary delays caused by poor decisions at the top.

  When I stepped out of my car, I was immediately greeted with a warm smile by an agent named Anthony. He assisted me right away with everything I needed for my car purchase. Even though I’m not very confident speaking English, he never hesitated to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. He was very diligent in communicating with my financer, following up, and sending all the required documents. Thanks to his efficiency and professionalism, I was able to get my car in just two hours. Highly recommended!

  wanted to say thank you to Angela and Elgin. They were patient, kind, and very supportive throughout the entire process. The car I wanted wasn’t on the lot at first, but they made sure it was brought to the location for me. Once it arrived, I ended up changing my mind and choosing something that was a better fitand I absolutely love it. They were helpful every step of the way, and I really appreciate their outstanding service.
