  Great service on Reilly road the young lady short African American ( i forgot her name .y apology) was absolutely amazing, Knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this place over all others thank you for making my switching car sticker transition so seamless.

  This car wash took off the glass on the drivers side mirror of my car. The whole encasing that holds the glass is also knocked loose. When I noticed what had happened during the car wash, I flagged down a worker and explained to him what happened. He was nice enough to go into the car wash itself and find the piece of glass. The staff working there were very friendly, they tried to assist me with fixing my mirror. I appreciate the kind customer service I received but unfortunately I will not return to this car wash. I will be going to touch-less car wash’s from now on.

  I got the signature wash (or whatever the highest tier was) on my 24 Tacoma. The side spinning flaps flipped my mirrors glass side out, then yanked the glass out. While it was held up by the wiring, the dryer spun it around before I could grab it and tore up the paint. While I'm sure this isn't common, it was my first wash at this car wash. I filed a claim and was denied. Very disappointed in the outcome and take 5's decision. The workers were kind and friendly though. To add, I don't know why they even do the response below. I called, it's just the standard number. I spoke to someone in customer service who just forwarded the ticket back to claims. Couldn't add anything to the ticket or verbally speak to someone about it... And they didn't even reply back.
