She has wonderful customer service skills and very knowledgeable. She was able to point me in the right direction immediately. She went the extra mile to replace my windshield wipers and even taught me how to take them off and put them on. If you ever visit this Auto Zone ask for Cassandra!! She really did an excellent job today and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

They were patient and very knowledgeable when it came to the make and model of my car. I came in the store towards the end of the closing time, and Cassandra and Jaycion were very willing and helpful. I truly appreciate their help and patience.
