The puller we needed was the last step in the removal process, and Ron was quick to find said tool and even assist with removing the last bit off my windshield. Will definitely becoming back for any future auto needs!

Thankfully, Nicole approached me first. She was kind, professional, and had a positive attitude. While I was in the process of trying to purchase a battery, Alex eventually stepped in but was extremely rude and dismissive. I had my two toddlers with me and felt completely ignored and uncomfortable. Nicole was the only bright spot in the experience — she went out of her way to help and even jumped my car. Unfortunately, because of how Alex the manager treated me, I will not be returning to this location.
