  MS. Thelma was AWESOME. To begin with, I was welcomed into the store which was lovely customer service by what i believe is the manager, the gentleman in all black. I went over to find some oil and ear hustled a conversation with another employee about the brand of oil I was looking at being on sale. I asked that employee, who quickly said she was on the phone and seemed bothered by my asking so I just stood in the middle of the checkout area waiting for available help. In swooped Ms. Thelma who was already helping another guest but multitasked to ask if I need help. Thankfully she did, as I was feeling stupid just standing there and almost left. She was quickly able to answer my question and get me the correct oil, all while finishing up with her kind previous guest and also interacting with a new guest who needed help as well. Thelma is the epitome of amazing work ethic and she is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive when you are not sure what you need. Her customer service and work ethic is rare to experience these days in Fayetteville. If I was wealthy, she would have definitely got a large tip from me but as I am not, all I can do is give her the public praise that she deserves. I didn’t receive help at the other auto zone on Gillespie/Owen and almost gave up and went to a competitor. Ms. Thelma has now created a loyal customer out of me and my family has a LOT of project cars. As long as she is there, il make sure to send everyone to her. Ms. Thelma for the win and the gentleman (possibly manager) all in black, thank yall for a positive experience and for being sweet.

  Horrible customer service. The manager ALEX is a rude man who cant wrap his head around what youre saying,he does not speak to you unless he has to because youre right in front of his face however there is a younger woman in there who treats you like youre a human. Will NEVER return to this location/ Auto zone again. Advanced, napa, and o'reileys have never treated me such a way.

  Shout out to Ron! He was very helpful with the Rent a Tool program, allowing me to change my rear windshield wiper. The puller we needed was the last step in the removal process, and Ron was quick to find said tool and even assist with removing the last bit off my windshield. Will definitely becoming back for any future auto needs!

  Yesterday, I went to AutoZone because my car wouldn’t start. The store manager, Alex, didn’t acknowledge me, smile, or offer to help. Thankfully, Nicole approached me first. She was kind, professional, and had a positive attitude. While I was in the process of trying to purchase a battery, Alex eventually stepped in but was extremely rude and dismissive. I had my two toddlers with me and felt completely ignored and uncomfortable. Nicole was the only bright spot in the experience — she went out of her way to help and even jumped my car. Unfortunately, because of how Alex the manager treated me, I will not be returning to this location.
