  They had the car I requested ready to go when I arrived. Other rental places there had only upgrades available and I travel with my elderly sister that cannot get into a SUV. Quickest time I have ever had at FAY when I travel there

  I reserved a mid sized SUV, Nissan Rogue, two days ahead of the pickup, and was told that the category I reserved would be available, and they put me in a compact SUV but didn’t adjust the price. The man at the desk, who works for both Enterprise and Alamo, said it was just too bad, and lied, claiming that a Hyundai Kona is a mid sized SUV. I checked online and it is considered a sub compact or mini SUV, and it was very difficult to fit luggage in the car to drive to Florida. The call center claimed I could switch the car out and that I just needed to drive over and make the switch, but when I drove almost an hour to make the switch I was told there was no other car. I called and complained that no change was made and was told the rate would be adjusted, and that a manager would call me. No manager called. I tried to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but the business is not even BBB accredited in Fayetteville. The rental car agencies all just seem to operate like a monopoly at the Fayetteville airport, and they lie, telling people certain cars are available when they aren’t, and when someone complains they push back and insult the customers and act like people are being overly dramatic or rude. In reality, they’re stealing from people, upcharging people for cars they aren’t reserving, and when someone complains they say it’s just too bad.

  THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!! They used my information to give out a rental car TWICE and I was not even in the state of North Carolina when the cars were rented!!!!!!!!! They have NO INFORMATION ON FILE OR ANY FOOTAGE REGARDING THE RENTAL!!!!! They're liars and scammers! I NEVER rented a car here! I NEVER signed any paperwork for a rental car from Alamo! I have NEVER rented a car from Alamo in my entire life! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am currently in the process of suing this specific location and in contact with the attorney general, better business bureau as well as the governor's office.
