  Its sad that this place rather debate car knowledge rather than help someone who comes into the store asking for a second opinion. Save yourself some time and take your business elsewhere.

  Management and Staff, was Super Helpful! My starter failed, and I had previously purchased that one; on line. The Manager came to my rescue, and got me out of the store in about 15 minutes. I Appreciate them, if no one else shows Them!

  Exceptional Service at Advance Auto Parts - [Advance Auto/Fayetteville, NC] I am writing to commend the exceptional service I received recently at the Advance Auto Parts store located in Fayetteville NC on the corner of 7790 S. Raeford Rd. & Cliffdale Rd. Today around 11am, I needed assistance with my car's battery, to see if l needed a new one or was it something else. “ I was immediately helped by an employee name Travis. “His knowledge and willingness to assist were truly outstanding. Both of the gentlemen employees in the store at the time were very polite & courteous. Travis went above and beyond when he did a test on my battery for me to see if it was the battery or something else. After his diagnosis he found it was the battery and to my surprise it only needing a full charge. But there was Not a warranty on this battery, and he was Nice enough to let me that l could bring it back & get it fully charged there, FREE of charge. This was grand news. I had been told by another Mechanic ( at another business) that it was the Starter, l am so happy Travis was able to diagnose the situation & save me some money at this time. The level of patience, professionalism, and genuine customer care I received was truly refreshing as this is the service l get at this location all the time and it always exceeded my expectations for an auto parts retailer. It is employees like Travis, who ensure customers not only get the Right products but feel confident in their purchase. Thank you, Advance Auto, for employing such dedicated individuals. I will certainly be returning to this location for all my future automotive needs. Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars (Highly Recommended) ***** The parts sections were full & the store was very clean organized. In all my years coming to this store the prices are reasonably priced & fair marketed. I am as always impressed with the Staff at this store. I am glad l live just around the corner, but if l didn't l would still come there.
