It was just after 830, and the associate inside made a motion to me that they were closed. Both the website and the door sign say open until 9. I went to autozone and they got me taken care of immediately. EDIT: The response you gave was exactly the same for another customer that had the exact same issue two months ago. You can do better.

The manager — even though it’s her first time in the role — went above and beyond to help me out. She tested my battery, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was taken care of. You can tell she really cares about people and runs the store the right way. Honestly, the way she handled everything should be the standard everywhere. I’ll definitely be coming back — customer for life.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
