I came in on a Saturday evening looking for parts for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and she greeted me immediately as I walked through the door. I needed coolant, replacement filters, and oil, and Cheyenne took the time to ask the right questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. She never made me feel rushed — in fact, she encouraged me to take my time and even allowed me to do some research on my phone while I was there. That alone made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free. I had to leave my battery to be charged and returned the next day to pick it up, along with needing a water pump for the same vehicle. Even though I didn’t have all the information, Cheyenne went above and beyond. She pulled up my Advance Auto Parts account, reviewed my previous purchases, used my VIN number, and filled in all the missing details to ensure I received the correct water pump. She also reminded me about available coupons (which I had completely forgotten) and explained how they worked, saving me money. She was extremely attentive the entire time, never once making me feel rushed — which is something I truly appreciated, as that’s not always the case in public service settings. Before I left, she made sure I understood my warranties, reassured me that I could come back with any questions, and even carried my battery outside and safely placed it in the trunk of my vehicle. I was extremely satisfied with the level of care and customer service Cheyenne provided. I honestly wish this type of service existed everywhere. She is truly a gem and a major asset to Advance Auto Parts.

They didn’t greet me or ask me if I needed help. They just looked at me like they didn’t plan on doing any work that day. I just left. Zero stars. I do not recommend.

Not a trace of impatience from either of these gentlemen. Exceptional customer service.
