  I had the most wonderful customer service experience while shopping at Auto Zone off of Ramsey street today. Cassandra Byrd was the employee who helped me. She has wonderful customer service skills and very knowledgeable. She was able to point me in the right direction immediately. She went the extra mile to replace my windshield wipers and even taught me how to take them off and put them on. If you ever visit this Auto Zone ask for Cassandra!! She really did an excellent job today and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
