- CCCharlieMar 13, 20261.0Avoid this location at all costs. I extended my car for 1 week and I was charged $1,061 (the original 1-month rental was ~$950) although I was quoted for $302 for a week. I spoke to multiple representatives on the phone and in person who confirmed my rate of $302 for the one-week extension regardless of dropping off the vehicle at RDU. Despite the multiple assurances, I was charged an additional $750 for dropping off the vehicle at RDU. Had Alamo been up front about the additional $750 drop-off fee I would've Ubered for less than $100 or had a friend drop me off. I have called 5+ times to receive a refund and every time the representative tells me that the manager will call back "promptly." Multiple months have passed and I still haven't received a call back. Do not rent a car here.
