    Went to Advance Auto location on Santa Fe,to purchase some windshield wipers and have them installed.Terrible customer service,no one was helpful!Another young female employee behind the counter complaining!I told the girl that was supposedly helping me that I'll go somewhere else! No " I'm sorry ma'am"! Or can you!Or come back a different time!I hopped in my car and went right down the street to AutoZone! They were knowledgeable and more then willing to help me! Installed my windshield wipers in 5 minutes!

    I go into this store a lot. Probably one of the worst customer service auto stores I’ve been too. I’ve been here about 20 times and maybe 15/20 I’ve had to deal with rude customer service. If that’s from the manager, or an employee. It’s super close to my work and I would love to go to a auto store that is minutes away but I don’t want to deal with rude people No one other than me in line, I ask for a part. And they just point and then go back doing nothing at the computer. Or the manager comes off very rude when you talk to her Or when you hand employees payment or an item and then they just throw it back at you on the table. A employee was trying to help me and the manager yelled at him to stop helping me and go pick parts.

    My initial encounter with the staff at this location was good. The gentleman helped me with my purchase and was very helpful answering my questions. I was there to buy headlight bulbs as ironically, both had gone out at the same time. I went outside to install them myself. I had no issue with putting in the first bulb; however, the second one was giving me a hard time. I went back in to ask for help and to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong. The gentleman that helped me the first time was now busy helping someone else. I noticed a female employee sitting behind the counter looking at her nails. When I asked her to come outside to help me, she looked out the window annoyed (never making eye contact with me) and said “I can tell you the first thing you’re doing wrong is trying to replace a bulb in this kind of weather.”. It was raining outside. I told her that all I needed her to do was LOOK and make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong and that I would actually replace the bulb myself. I could see that she was irritated by having to come outside and help me so I just told her that I would take care of it myself at which point she told me that I “could come back when the weather was nicer” to fix my headlight. Obviously I need my headlights to SEE and unfortunately things happen even when the weather is bad. Needless to say I won’t be asking this person for anything if I decide to visit this location again.

    I stopped by here to grab a bottle of antifreeze. The manager who was a lady with dark hair, was very rude to me. I wanted to ask her where I could find coolant in the store. I started with “excuse me,” and without making eye contact with me, she just kept walking and said we’ll be right with you in a dismissive tone. There were two other people in the store. The employees were wonderful, especially the elderly guy that helped me at the register, but this store certainly is not managed by a friendly woman and customers do not seem to be their priority.
