  These folks did an outstanding job on my 2012 Ford Fusion. Answered all my questions, showed me and explained to me what was wrong, saved me money the best they could while fixing all issues the correct and safe way. Jason and Chandi were more than professional, curtious and kind, they were friendly and considerate. Highly recommend these folks at Mavis Tire in Elkin. Excellent job guys, definitely earned my praise and return buisness. Thanks.

  Had a solid experience at Mavis Tire. The crew was helpful and got the job done. Chandi, the manager, was cool to deal with and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall good service and I’d come back again.

  I went to this location for 4 tires. Chandi greeted me as soon as I walked in. She explained all the different options that she had. I felt I was not being pressured to purchase but I did 4 tires and alignment. She done a great job. I would highly recommend this location

  Jason Mikey n technician took care of me asap . Found all the work I needed and professionally tackled my labor to amazing ability! Knowing I was running out of town they moved fast efficient n even gave me the best price with a litle discount on my tires and warranty love n blessings!

  The guy (forgot his name, young guy supposedly the best at alignments at the shop) did my alignment right for my jeep cherokee a couple of months back and I didn't have to go back to get it re-aligned. A lot of tire companies hate on mavis for alignments stating that their employees are incompetent and this has given Mavis a bad rep in Wilkes county, but depends on where u go and who is working on your car. This one and the Wilkesboro Mavis are the only 2 in the Wilkes County Area i take my vehicle to from now on. They fired an employee at Wilkesboro that was very negligent on my vehicle and happy he is gone because hiring bad employees brings the whole company down and keeping the good ones is the key to returning and satisfied customer experience. i rather deal with Mavis and its strong customer support / discounts / satisfaction gaurantee than the "so called" smaller tire shops that claim they are "better" and in reality are often not in comparison to Mavis. So basically Mavis has the best corporate backing, best tools, machinery and it all falls down to the technicians competence for return and satisfied customer service experiences. Good employees are key to Mavis's rep because they already have everything else in the area no firestone or goodyear to compete against. Increasing pay of the few good techs and firing the negligent reckless ones is probably the key to solve most of Mavis issues.
