- ABAllie BellavitaJun 18, 20231.0the manager at elkin autozone (1678 bridge street) would not replace my starter that was under warranty because and i quote "you need a valid drivers license for us to do a damage swap" mind you i worked at an autozone and i had already spoken with the manager at mooresville location (where i used to work and got my origional starter) and they had told me previously there would be no issue then i go to a different store tell them what happened and i quote "that manager doesnt know what hes doing" WHICH IS TRUE!!!!!! he put me through so much after driving 45 minutes for nothing then was extremely rude to me over the phone when i explained i had my NJ license and wouldnt be getting my NC one for another month he said "sorry cant help you" for those that dont know you dont need a valid license you dont even need a license to do waranty or anything because at the store that helped me it was 2 managers doing it :) so this guy doesnt know what hes doing and is disrespectful all because he LIED if he didnt lie how did i get my starter THE SAME DAY from a different autozone???
