  I walked in with negative equity and this dealership did everything they could to help me. I went to other dealerships for quotes and as soon as they heard negative equity they didn't want to help me. Hall hyundai was great from the salesman Mike to Kevin the sales manager. They got me in the car I wanted. Both my wife and daughter bought hyundai from here. We will be buying from here in the future. The best advice i can give buy the gap insurance.

  I recently purchased a Bronco from the Ford dealership and had the pleasure of working with Walt. He made the entire experience easy and stress-free from start to finish.   Walter made my dads car-buying experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He was professional, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to what my dad was looking for instead of trying to push him into something I didn’t want. He answered all of mine and his questions clearly and made sure we understood every step of the process. He also had the car delivered from Virginia to Halls EC location within no time! What stood out the most was how honest and helpful he was. He made my dad feel comfortable and confident in his decision, which is rare when buying a car.   I like my Santa Fe, which I purchased recently. We agreed on vehicle price, and when I went to sign, I didn’t look at the details and got charged for “auto defender.” I noticed the next day. I went back and said I didn’t want that, or that I hadn't noticed it was in the paperwork, and immediately I was told, "You signed it," and challenged about it. It’s ok, I haven’t heard anything about it after they said they would pull the camera and all that good stuff. It’s fine, I’m the dummy for not paying attention, but why would it be thrown in there? I had to ask for GAP coverage. I even declined an extended warranty, so why would I get chemicals instead? Why do I want that when I take my car to a detailer or car wash? If I wanted it, I would’ve purchased it. The breaker is when I went back and was treated like I was trying to get over or something for free. 🥴 I’m one customer they won’t have to worry about ever coming back. (They don’t care once that check clears I’m a number) it’s life No follow up or contact needed. Enjoy that $987
