  Stephanie Lynch did an outstanding job! I was coming from an hour+ away and she had the keys and vehicle pulled up in front of the building waiting on me! She was very professional and made everything flow seamlessly! Stephanie and the Team at Hall Toyota in Elizabeth City are outstanding to deal with and I will definitely shop here again!

  I brought my 2025 Tundra in for its first service and had a great experience. Starting with Hannah Williams as my service advisor, she was very professional and explicative. She answered all my questions and concerns and treated me like family! The service technician did an awesome job and I loved the detailed video of my service being done. A big Thank you to the staff at Hall Toyota in Elizabeth City!! Great job on your customer service!

Brittany stands out as a highly professional, respectful, and knowledgeable service provider. She consistently answers all my questions with patience and demonstrates a strong understanding of customers needs. In both interactions, she worked diligently to find alternatives that accommodated my request, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. I truly appreciate her top tier customer service.   This place is a total joke. I've had my car serviced with Hall Toyota of Elizabeth City for the past 10 years. I recently went in for an oil change and new tires with an alignment and came back with a tire pressure light on. When I called in Brittany Markel told me that the light was on when I brought in the vehicle, which is an outright lie. She suggested I get them replaced for $850-$900 or just check my tires regularly to make sure that they don't go flat. I was at the dealership the following morning at 8am asking for the service manager and zero attempts were made to get him. Instead Brittany proceeded to have my car sent back and diagnosed. They said two of my sensors were dead and one battery low. Her response was that she would "waive" the labor cost and just have me pay for 4 new sensors at a cost of $614. Danielle decided to jump in on the conversation and said that the issue was in our service video. FALSE! It was on the one from that day, but NOTHING was noted about these sensors the day before. My husband took the car to Discount Tire and $192 later, I had 4 new sensors with no labor charged. Later my husband spoke with Charles Gower, the service manager, and he said that they don't charge for labor and if he would have known about the incident, he would have replaced them for me for free. He asked how he could keep our business and we wanted a refund for the parts we just bought. He was supposed to call back Monday, it's now Friday. I received a text today asking if we had a chance to review the recommended services for my 4Runner. I wrote back that they didn't have our business anymore due to Brittany's blatant lying to me and Charles never calling us back. Well, my husband received a call from Danielle, not a manager, with an attitude asking why we weren't coming back. WHY DO YOU THINK? I have 3 more services that I've already paid for that I won't be receiving because I refuse to be lied to or dragged along waiting for a response any longer. EDIT 2/17/26 - ADDITIONALLY - I WAS TOLD VIA FACEBOOK BY A RELATIVE OF MR. GOWER THAT I WAS ISSUED A REFUND. WHY IS MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION SHARED WITH PEOPLE OTHER THAN MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND?! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND OR A CALL. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
