  We bought a new Toyota Highlander last week and were very impressed with Stephanie Lynch and LJ Nimmerrichter. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Stephanie was very patient, answered every question we had to our satisfaction, and helped us pick the right vehicle for us. We feel we got a great deal from Hall Toyota in Elizabeth City and would recommend them to anyone.

  Very positive experience purchasing my NEW-USED Toyota!! Stephanie was my salesperson and she was excellent!! She showed me all the new features that weren’t in my previous car!! The whole experience was perfect and quick!! Ask for Stephanie and tell her I said Hi!! 😊🦙🦙🦙

  This was my first visit to this dealership and I was there for service. They were very organized in the service department and I've been to other service departments that are not. Danielle Temple was very nice and professional from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. She kept me informed of everything that was occurring with my vehicle during the entire process. I was texted options for additional things if I wanted them done, which I have never experienced before but it was very easy to understand and a very modern way of doing things, I liked it. Everything there was clean and everyone was pleasant, including the other customers. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and hope to continue to receive excellent service from them in the future.

  They made an appointment for us to test drive a used vehicle. After driving 4.5 hours the vehicle wasn't there and they advised it was in Virginia Beach, the girl then tried to sell us a 90 thousand dollar vehicle. so we said we would go to Virginia Beach and about half way there they started texting us that the vehicle should be in Elizabeth City in 30 minutes. They purposely had the vehicle send after we left. We bought a better vehicle in Virginia Beach and will never shop in Elizabeth City again.

  Although I had to wait almost a month for my ideal 4Runner to make its way from Japan to NC, my experience at Hall Toyota Elizabeth City with both Jessica (my primary sales person) and Melissa (her awesome backup) was amazing. Once the 4Runner arrived, I was able to pick it up on Black Friday. The purchasing process was both quick and easy, with my son and I being able to grab an early dinner at Currituck BBQ. The aftercare support (I’m a little needy sometimes 😁) has been phenomenal. This is my first Toyota purchase and it has been a pleasure. I can’t say enough good things about the experience and people here. Outstanding! Thank you all!! And omg, I can’t forget about the awesome job that Stephanie also did to make sure that my experience was great. When I’m ready for my next Toyota, I’m making the trip to EC!
