  Brian Gallagher and TJ Pinson at Hall Ford Elizabeth City provided me with one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I called Brian on a Tuesday morning to inquire about two vehicles I wanted to see after work. Since I live an hour away in Virginia Beach, I arrived after five in the evening. To my surprise, the cars were already parked out front, waiting for me. Brian and TJ were incredibly accommodating and allowed my son and me to test drive the vehicles without any pressure. Once I made my decision, TJ took over the negotiation process. He was just as pleasant and professional as Brian, offering refreshments throughout the entire experience. Even during the negotiation phase, it felt like TJ was working for me. In short, I’m extremely happy with my decision to visit Hall Ford Elizabeth City.   This place might be the biggest scammer in Elizabeth City, I guess this is why they do free state inspections. It’s just a way to get you in the door then attempt to talk you into over $1800 of unnecessary maintenance. The best part of this print out is I changed the oil less than a thousand miles ago. Somehow the oil “failed” their test. The air and cabin filter was also changed the same day. This place should be investigated because they are most definitely raking people over the coals for unnecessary maintenance and repairs. Sincerely a 25+ year mechanic

  Halls Ford dealership is a dealership that has been around for a very long time. How long has it been around. Well Google can't answer that question trust me very long time. Lol. I think Hall Ford has got it down on how to satisfy their customers by having video service. As you can see the technician looking at your vehicle. So you can see on hand what needs to be done. No arguing no frustration c for yourself of the issues. Then you go and talk it over with the front counter advisor. They will help explain what parts are needed and any cost. You can always reject the service no problem. Plus Hall Ford has a mobile service that comes to your house or work. Change your oil and other basic service. Love Hall Ford!
