    The representatives were Wonderful!! Having reward points helped some, I wish it would’ve helped more. 2000+ reward points turned out to be just $200+. Not good but I’m thankful for what little bit it did help with. The cost for labor services was way too high. I felt like I was overcharged for tire sensor. Other than that, it was OK.

    Had to stop by this dealership today to drop off a Doordash order to one of the staff. When I entered the building I mentioned who the order was for to an older lady who pointed me to where I could find the gentleman. This older woman was incredibly rude. When I looked into the wrong office, she barked at me that it was the one at the end with a very demeaning tone. Then as I made my way to the correct office and turned a corner, I could overhear her loudly exclaiming "oh my goodness!", like she was just so over my presence. I asked her what the issue was and she explained to me that I was quote: "In too much of a hurry." And that I could "Slow down." I had no idea that the speed in which I walk to make a delivery was such an important factor. It was an unnecessary comment and was unprofessional to make judgements about the way I carry myself. If you have an opinion about something that does not have to do with your line of work or mine, then respectfully, you should keep that to yourself. Not to mention, I WAS infact in a hurry. I had a child to pickup from school in 15 minutes after I delivered the manager his very important sandwich. If this is the way she conducts herself towards people then I know exactly which dealership to stay far away from in the future.
