I had a part that was being hub transferred from Virginia Beach to Edenton, NC, and it never arrived as scheduled. After getting little help from the destination store and the hub, I was advised to call a store along the truck’s route. I’m so glad Ron answered the phone. Even though this issue had nothing to do with his store, Ron was patient, empathetic, and genuinely cared about helping me. He explained that the truck hadn’t arrived yet, said he would personally check with the driver to see if my part was on the truck, and promised to call me back once it arrived. That kind of service is rare these days. Ron went above and beyond, and AutoZone is lucky to have him. Thank you again, Ron!
